Classical Ashtanga and Hatha yoga

I am a licensed Physical Therapist with certifications in Medical Acupuncture and Classical Ashtanga Yoga; including  Pranayama and Meditation. I graduated with my BCS of PT from Western University in 1997  and Medical Acupuncture in 2001 from U of Alberta. I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and recently completed my 200 hr YTT program at the Saltspring Center for Yoga. I am a devote student of teachers Baba Hari Dass and Dr. Steven Aung.  I teach to learn and love to share my knowledge of body awareness and mindful movement.  The practise of yoga inspires and awakens our true selves leading to finding our inner peace and wisdom. Lunch hr yoga sessions

Unwind your body and mind over a flowing yoga session during your break. Employees at Broadmead Lodge will be enjoying  a variety of lunch hr sessions starting in October 2017 to revitalize and  balance  the stresses of the day! Sessions will include use of massage balls, meditation and breathing practices as well as information about body awareness and injury prevention. 

Yoga at Dr Sherman's Mindfulness Retreats

I will be offering Yoga sessions at Dr Mark Sherman's Mindfulness in Medicine retreats in Tofino BC, Victoria BC, Tigh na Mara Resort and Molokai Hawaii. Yoga is a lovely pairing with mindfulness meditation.
